I managed to complete day one without incident. 4 meals, one snack, only water to drink all day that included trips to the hospital and shops.
It wasn’t a breeze, but it was relatively easy. All the meals were easy to cook and I was surprised at how they tasted (see my reviews for each).
I can’t say I was especially hungry at any point. It was more just habit breaking. I think the hardest part is going to be drinking enough water.
I need to be drinking 2 litres a day, so I bought a 2l bottle to fill up every day and keep in the fridge along with a Sho bottle to keep the water cold that I can sip on throughout the day and keep topping up.
