Day 03: Getting Into the Rhythm

I’m just finishing up day 3 and I’m pleased to say things are going well.

I’ve managed to still to the plan with not wobbles or cheats. I’m most surprised I’ve been able to get by without any Pepsi Max as I used to drink cans of the stuff every single day. I’ve got two cans in the fridge as a sort of a safety blanket. I did the same thing when I gave up smoking.

I can’t say I’ve not been hungry, but I’ve certainly not been starving and it’s definitely not been anything I can’t handle.

The food has all been really nice (reviews coming soon) with a special shout out to the caramel shake and sweet and sour protein meal.

And if all that isn’t enough to motivate me to keep going I’ve already lost 4lbs which means I’m on track to be losing 7lbs a week.
