What’s The Damage? (Starting Weigh In)

As start day draws ever closer I have spent today doing all my starting measurements and all my meals at sorted in to categories.

Before I disclose my weight and size to the world let’s talk a little more about the different meal categories I have.

Rather than give myself a strict meal plan of Monday – Breakfast: Banana Shake, Monday – Lunch: Chicken Soup etc., I have instead got myself a couple of boxes and grouped all the like foods together (all the shakes together, all the soups, all the noodles, all the porridges, all the ready meals and so on). That way I can go with what I’m feeling on a day to day basis and have a bit of freedom with it, but still everything is there and there’s no risk of sabotage because I can’t get to a meal or snack pretty quickly.

So now on to the fun part. Telling the world how fat I am. I would usually do everything I can to hide those number from anybody and everybody. Most of all myself. If I don’t know them, then I can’t possibly tell anyone else. However I feel it’s important to take ownership of my starting numbers. To admit where I’m starting from and be content I’m never going to be here again – and mean it this time. So, with a deep breath, here we go:
