So it’s time for the first official weigh in update! Has all this been worth it? Well, in a word, yes. My scales seem to give me two different numbers depending where I put them so to keep things fair I’ve given myself the higher number.
So, I know you’re all dying to know, how did I do! Well here it is:
24st 12lbs; 348lbs; 157.8kg which means a first-week loss of 7lbs; 3kg, bang on my target of ½ a stone. If I can keep this pace, I’ll be able to lose 3st by the end of my first 6-week program.
I’m really pleased and motivated to keep going. It’s been a little difficult, but so worth it. One week down, 5 to go.
