Day 15: Pleasant Surprise (Weigh In #2)

Well, well, well! Given my last post I had full expected to be really disappointed today with a bad loss of 3 or 4lbs and be really unsure of how to move forward, but I was pleasantly surprised to step on the scales this morning.

That’s a 6lbs loss this week taking me to 13lbs in two weeks! I’m just a pound shy of a stone. I’m really pleased.

I have been debating whether to change up what I’m eating. In week one I was eating nearer 1000 calories a day whereas week two was closer to 800 and both weeks have been successful. The plan information says of my BMI is over 40 I should have 5 of their meal packs a day, but I’ve only been having four. So I think I will try that this week, but keep with just having water on my shakes and porridge rather than going back to milk and see how I get on.
